1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as the foundation for operating the 95 ok platform ("Platform") and all its services ("Services"). By accessing 95 ok through its website, mobile application, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to adult users residing in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 95 ok's services.

1.1 Definitions

• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on 95 ok.

1.2 Applicable Law

2 Account Registration

To use 95 ok's services, you must first open a personal account. Providing accurate and complete information during registration is mandatory. Registering with false or incorrect information may result in the account being cancelled and any deposited funds being forfeited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number, email, and identity document details used for registration must belong to that person.
• Any changes to the account must be verified by providing accurate information to 95 ok.
• Keeping the password confidential is the user's own responsibility. Login credentials must not be shared with anyone else.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, or at any time when deemed necessary, 95 ok may verify identity through a National ID (NID), passport, or other official documents. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

If any unauthorised access or suspicious activity is noticed on the account, 95 ok support must be informed immediately. 95 ok will not be responsible for any account loss resulting from the user's own negligence.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All 95 ok services are for persons aged 21 or above only. Use of the platform by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited. If it is proven that a member is under 21, their account will be closed immediately and all funds and winnings will be forfeited.

3.1 Additional Eligibility Conditions

• Users must register using their real identity — no fake or borrowed identity may be used.
• If multiple accounts are operated from the same household or the same device, 95 ok must be notified in advance.
• Any person whose 95 ok account has been closed for any reason may not open a new account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 95 ok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• The payment account used at the time of deposit must be registered in the member's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

• Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. To be eligible to withdraw, the bonus must be wagered 20 times — that is, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses can only be used for playing on the 95 ok platform — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If a bonus is cancelled before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and all winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active — the existing one must be completed or cancelled first.
• 95 ok may set a maximum bet limit when playing with bonus balance.
• Each promotion applies only once per user, per household, per device, or per IP address.

5.3 Right to Modify Promotions

95 ok reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If an ongoing promotion is changed, a notice will be posted on the platform.

6 Betting Rules

On 95 ok, both casino games and sports betting are conducted under specific rules. Each game has its own rules and following them is mandatory.

6.1 Betting Limits

• 95 ok sets the minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game or market.
• Betting limits may change in exceptional circumstances or during technical issues.
• Separate limits may apply when betting with bonus balance.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during a game or transaction, 95 ok reserves the right to void that round or transaction. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account. Attempting to take unfair advantage of a technical error may result in account closure.

6.3 Settling Bet Results

Sports event results are determined based on information provided by the relevant authority (such as ICC or BCB). If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with 95 ok's policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

If a user is found to be involved in any of the activities listed below, 95 ok reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances. In serious cases, the relevant authorities may also be informed.

7.1 List of Prohibited Actions

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Conducting coordinated activity across multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial transactions.
• Playing using software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Attempting to manipulate game results.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately towards other members.
• Operating an account under a false identity or on behalf of a minor.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

95 ok may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of breach of terms or suspicious activity.

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

If a member wishes to close their account, they must inform 95 ok support via 24/7 live chat or email. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw their balance before the account is closed.

8.2 Voluntary Break

8.3 Balance on a Closed Account

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, all balances may be forfeited. For closures due to other reasons, a decision on paying out any remaining balance will be made in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.
